(Assadakah News - Lisa Bernardini) 41st “Fontane di Roma” International Award Honors the Eternal City’s Spirit of Culture, Peace, and Sustainability. The iconic Roman “Nasone” becomes the 2025 symbol of equality, tradition, and renewal.
The La Sponda Foundation ETS, in collaboration with the International Academy La Sponda, proudly announces the 41st edition of the “Fontane di Roma” International Award, one of Rome’s longest-standing and most representative cultural celebrations.
Founded and passionately promoted by Benito Corradini, President of the La Sponda Foundation ETS, the award continues its mission:
“To honor those who, through dedication, prestige, and professionalism, bring together outstanding figures in culture, art, faith, labor, and health — fostering friendship, social dialogue, and a spirit of civilization.”
The Award Ceremony will be held on November 21, 2025, at the Accademia di Storia dell’Arte Sanitaria (Sala Alessandrina), Lungotevere in Sassia 3A, Rome, beginning at 4:00 PM.
Music, Dialogue, and Human Connection
The event will open with a musical performance by world-renowned soprano Dominika Zamara, who will enchant the audience with two arias, including the timeless “L’amour est un oiseau rebelle” (Habanera) from Bizet’s Carmen.
Hosting the ceremony alongside Benito Corradini will be Daniela de Feo, institutional coordinator of the event, gynecologist with over 35 years of experience dedicated to women’s health, and co-founder of the independent digital platform “4womanhealth.com”.
A Bridge Between Cultures and Generations
The “Fontane di Roma” Award serves as a symbolic bridge between Rome and the world, promoting unity among communities, institutions, and cultural representatives. The event celebrates Rome’s enduring role as a crossroads of cultures, arts, professions, and global visions of sustainability and peace.
“This award embodies the spirit of openness and shared humanity that Rome has inspired for centuries,” said Benito Corradini, President of the Foundation. “Through art, science, and dialogue, we honor those who shape a better, more compassionate world.”

2025 Symbol: The “Nasone”
The symbol chosen for the 41st edition — the “Nasone”, Rome’s iconic cast-iron public fountain — embodies the event’s fundamental values: universal access to water as a human right, urban sustainability, and the harmony between tradition and innovation.
“The Nasone represents equality and the timeless generosity of Rome,” said Daniela de Feo. “It reminds us that the simplest elements — like water — are the foundation of life, dignity, community, and hope for future generations.”
